One question we're often posed with is how intense is the compliance as a charity? We believe for many clubs that already produce a set of accounts and hold an AGM, there isn't a significant additional amount of compliance involved (with charitable clubs required to submit their Trustees Report - including financial information - to OSCR or the Charities Commission on an annual basis).
However, it'd be great to hear experiences from other clubs with this and whether they consider this to be light-touch or burdensome.
